Condolences
To the family of Bob, I am so sorry for the loss of your father, father-in-law, grandfather, and brother. It’s been 50 years since I actually knew who Bob was and what he believed in or valued. Certainly maturity, life’s pleasant experiences, and the varied learning challenges formulate who we become…as well as connections to the many people we have the opportunity to share time with. About 3 years ago we had a few telephone conversations but I’m not sure it continued long enough to actually see who we each had become since our dating days in our early 20’s. He shared he continued to have several connections to his Garner friends from his early years and valued those very much. He often spoke SO proudly of his 2 sons and the newest member of the family, Jessica. Since that union, I see 2 grandsons have been added and I imagine they delighted his heart as well as “puffing up his feathers” as his gene-pool would continue. Hang on to those memories, share and laugh at the crazy times, bring to mind any sage advice, and know it all keeps him with you…for as long as you can remember. In death, you have an opportunity to choose to “celebrate” the life and time you got to share with your Dad, Grandpa, and brother, Bob. In sympathy, Linda Halsey Henningsen

Rest in peace my friend.... it has been at least 40 years sense we have seen each other... So sorry we were never able to get together... As we would have both laughed for days...!!!
