Condolences

I’m so sorry to hear of Tom’s passing. I’d met Tom and Kathy many many years ago thru a mutual friend. Then years later saw Tom again as he was a regular at the morning coffee group in DSM, he always had funny things to say and stories to tell. If Tom was outside I’d always honk going down Grand Ave and we’d wave. You couldn’t go anywhere that Tom didn’t know someone, he was always so friendly and outgoing. RIP

Always enjoyed Tom’s company. His little euphemisms and stories of his music business were always unique and colorful!. Whenever you saw him, he made you feel like you were long lost buddies. Great family support. Surely gonna miss his personality at the Clarion Wellness Center. Glad to have known Tom..

My deepest sympathies to the Blecker family for the loss of Tom. My dad, Jim Weiss, and he were good buddies at Wellness and Rehab. I always enjoyed visiting with Tom when I spent time with Jim. Tom met my husband and kids a couple years ago and they really enjoyed the “tour” of Tom’s room with the memorabilia and stories that went with the items! Eternal rest Tom, and may our Lord’s light shine upon you.

I am so sorry for your loss. I was honored to meet him and help take care of him at Clarion Wellness and Rehabilitation. He had many stories to share and his love of musics as well. I nicknamed him “Bob” as a joke and it stuck with him as he enjoyed it. All my love and prayers ❤️❤️

Tom & I quickly became friends when I met him at Clarion Wellness & Rehab. It was fun to talk about music with him, & hear his stories about his music promoting business. I'm glad I knew Tom.

My sincere sympathy to Tom’s family. My first memory of Tom was from the Clarion Swimming Pool when I was a youngster. Tom and another guy would do amazing tricks from the high dive, we called the tower. Tom did the handstand up there and the other would dive over him through Tom’s legs. Tom seemed fearless. When I was a teenager, I met him when he was visiting my friend’s parents. He immediately gave me the nickname, “Nita Pita.” He was a good-hearted, fun loving person who made an impression on everyone he met.
