Jill Lynn, daughter of Floyd Robson and Betty Brown, was born on March 29, 1959 in Illinois. She grew up in Illinois and Arizona. Jill moved to and lived in several different states before settling in Rowan.
Jill was very dedicated to her work. She worked as a nurse for 25 years, and was very attached to her patients in the nursing care facilities. Jill’s time as a nurse led her to be very adamant about being an organ donor. She would say, “If you’re gone and don’t need them anymore, why not let someone else have your organs? Especially if they could save someone’s life!” This was her last selfless act on this earth. She was currently working at Yes Way in Belmond and for Barrett Services. Liz Barrett had become her closest friend over the years. She loved reading and shopping, and was always stopping at a garage sale or thrift store.
Jill was independent and sometimes stubborn. She was very proud of her daughter Reica and son-in-law Jack, and her grandson Jaydon brought so much joy to her life. Jill enjoyed the last 13 years with a very special man.
Jill is survived by her daughter Reica Robson (Jack Hyland); grandson Jaydon and granddaughter Elaina Lynn on the way; four siblings, Linda (Mack) McDaniel and family, Becky (Billy) Vedder and girls, Bruce Robson, and ZoAnn Brown and kids.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
