Condolences
We give thanks for the life of our friend Darrell C. Schaper and send our loving condolences to his family, Judy and Sue. Our friendship goes back to 1978 when we had a Pastoral Exchange with the Rev. Bernard Olsen, minister of the UMC, in Britt’s Centennial Year. We have remained friends ever since and have travelled many miles with the Schaper family on both sides of the Atlantic. We give thanks for the life of a man who loved his town and always wanted the best for it. He was a dear kind friend to many and we shall miss him. We also remember with great affection Darrell’s parents, Clifford & Ardath, his son Stephen, and my late husband Rev John M. Waterhouse. We will be with you in spirit tomorrow for Darrell's service.
