Obituary
Earl R. Rogers, 88, passed away Sunday, March 17, 1991 at the V. A. Hospital in Columbus, Missouri.
Earl, the son of Frank E. and Grace C. Holmes Rogers, was born June 17, 1902 at Britt, Iowa. He grew up in the farming and ranching areas of Gary, South Dakota. His education included the University of Minnesota and Columbia University of New York. He served during World War II in the Airborne and Military Intelligence retiring a full Colonel. He was a business man in the Harlingon, Texaas area for many years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Heidi Rogers, who passed away September 6, 1983.
He is survived by a son, Earl R. Rogers, II and his wife, Merlene of Camdenton, Missouri; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
